Bellarine Earthworks provides residential, commercial, and rural earthworks, landscaping, material supply, equipment hire, and related construction services. We reserve the right to update or modify the services we offer at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings or commence work.
Full payment is required as per the invoice terms provided.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled work.
Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations.

5. Liability

While all work is completed with care and professionalism, Bellarine Earthworks is not liable for any damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or pre-existing site issues.
Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and any required permits or approvals.

6. Equipment Hire

All equipment provided for wet hire remains the property of Bellarine Earthworks.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe site conditions for our machinery and operators.

7. Materials Supply

Materials are supplied based on availability.
Once delivered to the site, materials become the responsibility of the client.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting or notification to clients.
